After-School Parent Zone
BGCG member families will find important information, dates, and links to online registration, and other Club-related items collected on this page.
The Club is open for after-school programs, Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00pm, evening programs (registration required) Monday-Friday from 6:00-7:30pm, during school vacations from 8:30am-5:00pm, and during summer camp from 8:00am-5:00pm serving youth ages 6-18 years old. While the Clubhouse is under renovation (Fall 20023 - mid 2025) on a typical day after school, youth arrive at St. Roch and New Lebanon School by bus, eat a healthy snack and participate in supervised games, homework help, sports, or arts & crafts. Additional enrichment activities, such as soccer, financial literacy instruction, and STEM classes are included in the $75 annual membership fee.

Camp Registration
Tuesday, February 4
Camp registration for Camp Simmons and Teen Camp opens on Tuesday, February 4. We’re looking forward to a summer filled with fun, adventure, and unforgettable memories!
Registration will be available through your Daxko account. We’ll send out additional communications with more details as we get closer to the registration date. Stay tuned!

This January marks one year since we introduced Daxko as our membership database. Memberships are valid for one year from the date your account was created. You can renew your membership starting 30 days before it expires. To check if you’re eligible for re-enrollment, please log in to your Daxko account.
A current membership is required for your child(ren) to continue participating in the after-school program or to register for Camp, which opens on February 4.

BGCG is excited to host our annual College Panel Night, designed to inform and inspire both students and parents as they prepare for the future.

Breakout Session: 7:30 – 8:00 pmParents and students will have the chance to connect with representatives from the Porter & Chester Institute, school counselors, and college and career professionals.
Students can also hear firsthand experiences from former Club members currently attending a variety of colleges. Discover what college life is truly like and gain valuable insights to help navigate the path ahead.

19th Annual BGCG Swim-a-Thon

Greenwich Catholic Pool, 471 North Street in GreenwichMark your calendars for a fun Saturday evening with BGCG in the pool! Be a swimmer or sponsor a lap swimmer. All members of the community are invited to participate, not just competitive swimmers. Bring the family!

Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich will be open on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day — Monday, January 20 — from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Members must pre-register to attend and should bring lunch and a full water bottle for the day.

February 10 - 14
We will be open from February 10 – 14 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm while schools are closed for February vacation. Members must pre-register to attend. A schedule of activities will be shared as we get closer to the date. Reminder: We will be closed on Monday, February 17.

Early Release Days
Wednesday, March 12
Friday, May 23
On all early release days, all Boys & Girls Club members will be transported to the after-school program at St. Roch. There will be NO after-school program at New Lebanon School. Pick up is by 6:00pm at St. Roch. NO evening programs will be held.
New Lebanon site members will also be bused to St. Roch’s on December 4 to accommodate parent conference time.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the renovation of the Clubhouse, new membership registration is on hold for the 2024-2025 school year. Current members received an email with registration links on June 24, 2024.
