COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM
Registration Opens in Early February
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program • Weekly June 23 - August 15, 2025
This leadership program is an opportunity for teens in rising grades 9 and 10 to learn about working with children and developing leadership skills in a camp setting. CITs are paired with a specific group and learn on-the-job skills to improve their confidence while serving as a role model for youth. CITs must complete a separate application and pay a fee of $225.00 per week to be a CIT.
Once accepted to the program, CITs must complete in-person training. Enrollment is limited, and acceptance into the program is at the discretion of the Camp Director.
BGCG welcomes applications from non-members, as well as current members.
