COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program • Weekly June 24 - August 16, 2024
This leadership program is an opportunity for youth ages 14–15 to learn about working with children and developing leadership skills in a camp setting. CITs are paired with a specific group and learn on-the-job skills to improve their confidence while serving as a role model for youth. CITs must complete a separate application and pay a fee of $100.00 per week to be a CIT.
Once accepted to the program, CITs must complete online and in-person training. Space is limited, so apply early.
BGCG welcomes applications from non-members, as well as current members.
