What We Do

After-School Parent Zone

BGCG member families will find important information, dates, and links to online registration, and other Club-related items collected on this page.

The Club is open for after-school programs, Monday-Friday from 3:00-6:00pm, evening programs (registration required) Monday-Friday from 6:00-8:00pm, during school vacations from 8:30am-5:00pm, and during summer camp from 8:00am-5:00pm serving youth ages 6-18 years old. On a typical day after school, youth arrive at the Clubhouse by bus, eat a healthy snack and participate in supervised games, homework help, sports, or arts & crafts. Additional enrichment activities, such as soccer, financial literacy instruction, and STEM classes are included in the $95 annual membership fee.

Important Reminder: We do NOT accept food deliveries for members at any time after-school, during evening programs, or on full days.

  • Click above to view the current after-school schedule, organized by grade level, for September. Once enrichment programs begin on September 28, the schedule will be slightly modified. Take a look to see the fun and engaging activities your child will enjoy during their time at the Club.

  • Our next Parent Orientation & Open House will be held on Tuesday, September 8 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

    Parents are required to attend at least one orientation as part of their child’s membership. Orientations are held on the first Tuesday of each month and are a great way to learn about Club programs, policies and procedures, and ask questions.

  • Click above to explore our Fall Enrichment Programs, organized by day and time. Browse a variety of fun, engaging opportunities available for your child this fall and see what’s offered at the Club. If your child would like to participate in an enrichment offering, advance registration is required.

  • Come try out for BGCG’s competitive swim team and discover an opportunity to build skills, challenge yourself, make new friends, and experience the excitement of being part of a team.

    We’ve already received lots of interest, and space on the team is limited, so families interested in joining the Barracudas are encouraged to register for tryouts soon.

  • Greenwich Public Schools will be closed on Monday, September 21, for Yom Kippur, and the Club will be open from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

    There is no additional cost, but advance registration is required so we can plan appropriate staffing and programming.

  • Inclement Weather Policy

    When the Greenwich Public Schools are CLOSED or have an early dismissal due to inclement weather, the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich will also be CLOSED. In addition, if public schools cancel their after school activities, BGCG activities will be also CANCELED and will not accept kids after school. Thank you for your understanding as we take the safety of your children and our staff seriously.

  • You can have your child's doctor use this annual physical form.

  • If your child has a prescription medication, please fill out all pages.

  • Video surveillance, with or without audio recording capabilities, may be utilized in and around the Club facility, on Club property, and on Club transportation vehicles. Video surveillance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws pertaining to such use.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
  11. Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties? We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, website traffic patterns and related website information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation

Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us.
