On September 30, 2025, the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich proudly reopened its doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Rebecca S. Breed Clubhouse. More than 250 guests, including donors, elected officials, alumni, community partners, and families, gathered to celebrate the milestone and tour the expanded facility.
The Rebecca S. Breed Clubhouse expansion and renovation marks a new era for the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, providing modern spaces and resources to better serve the young people who call the Club their second home each year.
Excitement filled the air on September 8, 2025 as the first buses of Greenwich Public School students rolled up to the newly expanded and renovated Rebecca S. Breed Clubhouse. For the first time in two years, more than 400 children streamed through the Club’s familiar doors, only to discover a building that feels brand new.
BGCG values serve to guide our members and staff to positively affect those in our greater community.
Take a look.
“BGCG’s after-school program is so much more than just a schedule of activities. It’s the peace of mind knowing that my son is surrounded by a group of caring staff members delivering a host of academic offerings that keep him challenged and engaged. Specifically, he never knew he had an aptitude for finance until he participated in the Money Matters program. Now he knows how to set his own financial budget and goals.”
