Part-time Swim Team Coach

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The following tasks are essential for this position.

Designs, organizes, executes and maintain workout programs for competitive swim team of various levels of technique and ages.
Creates line ups for swim meets and attends Fairfield County Westchester Swim League meetings and updates BGCG staff and parents as needed.
Maintains attendance and other related operations and payment records, prepares parent communications for distribution.
Responds to questions and inquiries from parents or community members in a professional manner.
Assists in training and participating in various lifeguard certifications, swim lessons, etc
Communicates with VP of Programming and Aquatic Staff meet information and any supplies or needs of the team.
Completes any required report after witnessing or providing assistance/care for any/all situations.
Coach may/will work irregular schedule including evenings and weekends during the peak season of September through March.
Guards on deck as needed.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.

JOB DETAILS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift

Evening shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
