Chief Operating Officer
OPPORTUNITY:
The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich (BGCG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead the day-to-day operations that bring our mission to life for thousands of young people every year. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the COO will translate our strategic vision into high-quality youth programs, welcoming Club spaces, and operational systems that work. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will oversee program delivery and impact, staffing, and organizational systems, ensuring every member has access to a safe, consistent, and enriching out-of-school experience. This is a rare opportunity to shape the operational backbone of an organization with deep community roots and real, measurable impact on the lives of local youth and teens.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines a genuine passion for youth development with sharp operational instincts. You’ll build and mentor strong program teams, strengthen processes, and use data to drive continuous improvement, and cultivate meaningful partnerships with families, schools, and community organizations. Above all, you’ll ensure that fidelity to the BGCG model and excellence in program delivery remain at the center of everything BGCG does. If you’re a logistical expert with a heart for youth development and a talent for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
