Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich is now hiring for Summer 2026 and invites interested candidates to attend its upcoming Summer Camp Job Fair on Thursday, January 8, at the Clubhouse, located at 4 Horseneck Lane in Greenwich.
The job fair will be held during two sessions—12:00 to 2:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM—to accommodate a wide range of schedules. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with camp leadership, learn about available positions, and explore what it’s like to be part of one of the Club’s summer programs.
The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich is hiring for three dynamic summer camps:
Camp Simmons
Clubhouse Camp
Teen Camp
A variety of positions are available, including:
Camp Counselors
Athletic Staff
Lifeguards
Nurse and First-Aider roles
Pool Director
Swim Instructors
Dance, STEM, Nature, and Multimedia Arts Instructors

Summer camp staff play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for hundreds of local children and teens. Over the course of eight weeks, staff members build leadership skills, gain hands-on experience, form lasting connections, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
