Jennifer Pace
Jennifer (Jenny) Pace joined the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich in February of 2023 as Senior Director of Development. With twenty years of non-profit fundraising and management experience, she has worked with organizations and constituents — in the New York Metropolitan Area — to meet and exceed contributed revenue goals by thoughtfully cultivating and stewarding donors, as well as implementing best practices.
Prior to joining the BGCG Team, Jenny was Director of Individual Giving at Caramoor Center for Music & the Arts (Katonah, NY), where she dedicated a decade of her career to growing the Annual Fund and Membership Program. She has also worked in the development and program departments of Public Art Fund (NYC) and Yaddo (Saratoga Springs, NY and NYC).
At the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, Jenny is excited to work with the organization’s leadership and its many supporters and advocates, all of whom are integral to its successful operations and the advancement of its mission.
Jenny lives in Westchester with her husband, daughter, and mischievous yet beloved senior dog.
