Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich aims to provide an outstanding experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors. We offer an extensive array of recreational and academic programs to members ages 6-18. 

PLEASE NOTE: Annual Membership is valid from date of membership application through December 31.

To apply for, or renew, membership, all applicants must:

1. Complete the Membership Application.

2. Provide required forms.

3. Read the Policy & Procedure document, and Safety Policies Handbook (links above).

4. Pay the application fee, which covers membership for the year.

 

Registration is not final until all items are received.

Please note members are required to show their membership card daily when arriving at the Club. Replacement cards are $5 each.

All members are required to renew their application on a yearly basis.

MEDICAL EXAM FORM - The medical examination form MUST be completely filled out and signed by a physician or you can provide us with a copy of an existing physical. Physicals or Medical Forms must be dated within the last 2 years and must include immunization record.
