Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program
This leadership program is an opportunity for youth ages 14–15 to learn about working with children and developing leadership skills in a camp setting. CITs are paired with a specific group and learn on-the-job skills to improve their confidence while serving as a role model for youth. CITs must complete a separate application and choose either Clubhouse or Camp Simmons locations for as many weeks as they would like. Space is limited, so apply early.
Complete this CIT Staff Application 2021 found at the bottom of this page, and email to Don Palmer at dpalmer@bgcg.org.
